Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 30 days with every feature switched on, and we do not ask for a card to start it. You build your catalog, put the estimator on your site, and see whether real leads come through before you pay anything.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
We get in touch and switch you to a paid plan if you want to keep going. Nothing charges automatically and no card is on file, so there is no surprise bill. Your catalog and your leads stay exactly where they are.
Are there per-lead or per-user fees?
No. Leads are unlimited and staff accounts are unlimited on both plans. A busy spring does not cost more than a quiet January, and adding a second estimator does not change your bill.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plan?
The software is identical. Monthly is $149 and you can cancel at any time. Annual is $1,190 billed once — $99/month equivalent, saving $598 a year — and it includes a setup call where we build your pricing catalog with you.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, yes — cancel whenever you like and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Annual is a twelve-month term, which is why it is cheaper per month.
Do I need to buy a separate takeoff or CAD tool to use it?
No. The homeowner draws on satellite imagery and your catalog turns that footage into a budget range. That is the whole loop. You still measure properly on the site visit — the point is that you only make the drive for jobs worth driving to.
Is this priced per location or per company?
Per company. If you run several crews or branches out of one business, they all work from the same account, catalog and lead pipeline.
Do you do decks, roofing or turf?
Not yet. MapMyFence is built for fence contractors and that is what it does well today. Deck, roof and turf estimators are in development, and we will tell you what they cost before they launch rather than adding a surprise line to your bill.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most contractors have a working estimator the same day. Importing the starter catalog and adjusting rates takes about an hour; putting the link or embed on your website takes about five minutes. On the annual plan we do the catalog with you on a call.
