Your whole company on one system

Each person sees their part. Add every salesperson, estimator and office manager with no per-seat charge. Decide who sees leads, who edits prices, who changes settings and who reads the reports. Assign every lead to an owner, and put your people on the estimator so the homeowner knows who is coming.

  • Unlimited users on both plans
  • Permissions per person
  • Lead assignment

Permissions

Four switches per person

Turn each one on or off for each person. Most companies end up with three or four combinations.

Leads

See and work leads. A staff member with this permission sees the leads assigned to them; admins see everything.

Catalog

Edit products, heights and prices. Usually the owner and whoever does the estimating.

Settings

Change branding, service area, pricing knobs, integrations and the webhook. Keep this small.

Reporting

See the overview and the reports. Office managers and owners, typically.

Roles, for the humans

Each person also carries a role label so the team can see who does what. Roles do not change permissions; the switches above do.

  • Sales

Talks to the homeowner and books the visit.

  • Estimator

Goes to the property and produces the real quote.

  • Office

Keeps the pipeline moving and the catalog current.

How it works

Invite, assign, and show your faces

Invite by email

Add a person with their name and email. They receive an invitation email with a temporary password and can change it once they are in. Deactivate them in one click when they leave; their history stays.

Assign every lead to someone

Each lead has an owner. Assign from the lead list or the lead itself, filter the list by assignee, and let each salesperson work from a view that shows only their own.

Put your people on the estimator

Choose which team members appear on the estimator’s sales-team panel, with photo, name, phone and email. The homeowner sees who will call and who will turn up, which is a large part of why they book.

No per-seat pricing

Add the whole company. Both plans include unlimited staff accounts, so there is never a reason to share a login or leave the new hire off the system.

FAQ

Questions about team accounts

How many users can I add?

As many as you like. Both plans include unlimited staff accounts with no per-seat charge, so every salesperson, estimator and office member can have their own login and their own permissions.

Can I control what each person sees?

Yes. Permissions are set per person for leads, catalog, settings and reporting. A salesperson can have leads only; an office manager can have leads and reporting; the owner has everything. Staff with the leads permission see the leads assigned to them.

How do leads get to the right salesperson?

You assign them. Each lead has an owner you set from the lead list or the lead detail, and the list filters by assignee so each person works from their own queue. There is no automatic round-robin today; assignment is a deliberate click by an admin.

Can homeowners see my team on the estimator?

Yes. Choose which team members appear on the estimator’s sales-team panel with their photo, name, phone and email. It is shown on the results page beside the budget range, so the homeowner knows who will be in touch.

What happens when someone leaves?

Deactivate their account. They lose access immediately, their assigned leads stay in the system for you to reassign, and nothing they did is lost.

Is there a separate login for the office and the field?

Everyone logs in to the same dashboard, which works on a phone as well as a desktop. What each person sees there is decided by their permissions, not by which app they open.
